Contest Rules

1.) This contest is for high school age teens only ages 13 - 19 years old.

2.) Bands must be comprised of at least 50% high school age members.

3.) Bands members and solo artists participating in the Battle must submit a proof of age.

4.) All music submitted must be original. No covers will be accepted. Please have your music copyrighted before submitting it to the contest. For information on copyrighting your work, click here.

Contest Web Page Description

All contestants in the First Internet Battle of the Bands Contest will be given a web page on our server which will provide a band image and/or logo, group bio and two one minute music selections. You don't need to know anything about web page construction. Our staff will take care of the whole thing for you. Just provide us with the music, image(s) and information, and we'll take care of the rest.
All contestant will receive the same page layout.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place and judged by the following criteria:

Originality
Composition

Grand Prize

15 hours of recording studio time.

Second Prize

10 hours of recording studio time.

Third Prize

5 hours of recording studio time.

All contestants will receive free ArchAngel Communications tee shirts.
